Why do we communicate? One is for logistical reasons, to share information and the second and main reason is to get our needs met. Which words we use have a direct effect on the response from the other person. Usually not creating connection and causing reactions that are a less than positive result. There is a scientific reason why carefully selecting the words we use can allow the other person to hear and assimilate the message and choose to act as opposed to react.
Often when we get the opportunity to see and work with a new way of expressing our needs we find that those around us are more open and cooperative.

Who is Carmil?
Carmil Surritt began his journey towards becoming a life coach in his twenties. He always felt that there had to be more to life than going to college, getting married, having kids and counting down the days to retirement. This pull for something more lead him on a thirty five year long mission towards finding his passion and sharing what he has discovered with his clients.
Before coming to Carmil I felt lost. I wasn't sure what I really wanted to do. My frustration was growing. He helped me to find my passion and purpose, opening the door to opportunities I created and now I am very excited and have the courage to pursue my dream profession and create my life.
